We were fortunate enough to sponsor a youth tee ball team. A friend, Coach Alex "Big Al" Marquez, did an excellent job with balancing teaching fundamentals while keeping it a happy and joyful learning environment. The kids were even sweet enough to get my wife and I some special gifts.
